heyy im a 13 year old girl 5'0 and 107 pounds. i have reallyyy big muscles cause im a level 9 gymnast and i work out about 20 hours a week. since im a gymnast having big boobs is a problem...well im only size 32a but still my boobs are kinda big. im going on a diet and im gonna try to get myself to about 90 pounds. if i do this will my boobs shrink(i really want to be flat chested!!!!!) so if i get to be 90 lbs willl i be flat chested?? and also what else makes you be flat?(besides surgery obvv im only 13) thankssss(:

Guitar recording equipment?

Hey guys, i'd like to be in a band but unfortunately i dont have the time at the moment to commit to something like that. So what i would like to do id record a few songs of my own. I'd like to be able to overlay guitar parts (probably only 2, maybe 3), have access to some simple but REALISTIC sounding drum beats and maybe a few basic effects. I have absolutely no idea where to start with this tho, as far as both equipment and software goes. Could anyone give me a list of essentials or reccomend some software? i'm not really bothered about fancy effects n stuff but sound quality is very important. Sore hands from gymnastics?

I have been doing gymnastics for a really really long time and am now a level 9 competitive gymnast. I should be used to stuff like this and at my old gym i was but i moved gyms and they do a ton more bars than i am used to or maybe just different things...at any rate, my hands are sore from a lot of bars. Yes i have really bad calluses (or however you spell it) from doing gym for so long...if you are a gymnast you may have heard of hand-e-balm and that seems to help a little bit but i don' t have any so i was wondering if there is anything i can do that's easy and not at specialized as hand-e-balm....?

Sick and unable to eat in the summer?!!!?

For the past two years, during the season change from spring to summer, i lose all appetite, and every time i attempt to eat, i am disgusted with myself. I am only able to eat certain foods, such as pasta. I had a bowl of honey nut chex this morning, and puked from what seemed like "over eating" to the point that there was no room for the food i was consuming. This all of a sudden just hits, and i feel gross every time i eat, so during this period i don't eat whatsoever. I tend to drop a ton of weight, not just including fat but also some muscle, although becoming even more active on top of my already active lifestyle. I am a competitive gymnast, cheerleader and volleyball player. I enjoying taking bike rides, jogging or walking around town, and practicing tumbling in my backyard. I try to drink as much water as possible, but i do tend to drink diet coke too. I eat a LOT of fruit, mainly strawberries and pineapple. During the winter and fall seasons i always crave cereal, but in the summer i only enjoy lighter foods. This started when i was 13, and i am 14 now. I have a strong build, and usually tend to run underweight in the summer but a little "fluffier" in the winter. I weigh about 122 lbs., and i've lost about 13lbs since last november, when i gained my freshman fifteen. I'm not complaining, but can anyone explain this to me so i can understand it and keep it going all year round? Thanks!

I am 5'3 and I measured myself as about 38-29-37.5 and I want to make my waist smaller. my mom signed me up for a gymnastics camp that goes from 9:00-12:00 four days a week for 6 weeks. Drum recording advice please?

Ok, My friend and I are both musicians and have recently been talking about recording our ideas. He plays guitar/ some vocals. I play drums and do vocals. I am looking into getting a drum microphone kit (probably a 5-7 mic kit) so we can start recording drums. I know to record vocals and guitars there are interfaces like the M-Audio Fasttrack and recording software (We are planning on purchasing that) But what I am confused about is what do I need to plug all those drum microphones into so I can put the audio onto my computer and recording software. Cause there will be around 5-7 mics. I have an 8 channel Powered mixer, but we usually use that to play through the PA's, plug guitars into, plug a microphone into, etc. I don't know if that would be useful for drum recording or anything but what do I know, Im still a teenager trying to learn what I can and pursue a dream. So please any help from experienced people would be much appreciated. (Also consider we are teenagers and are on a sorta slim budget)

I alwaya make sure before I tumble or anything to pee cause when I tumble and it's more aovon front tumbling when I punc of the floor and in mid air some pee comes out and I can't control it and it's very frustrating and this so happens on vault when I punch the board and like it's not a full out pee either just a little everytime u can't notice but it's unconfrotable please help

Is it alright for a guy to do gymnastics?

Absolutely, yes. And gymnastics is one of the only sports that works every single muscle in the body, so it keeps you fit better than most sports. You develop abs in the gym due to the fact that gym. requires a great deal of core body work, as well as working the extremities better/more than almost any other sport (hands, wrists, forearms, ankles, etc). It is only possible for gymnastics to stunt the growth if you have been training heavily from a very young age (I suggest you look up the heigths of famous male gymnasts, but this is not a foolproof way to tell because there are so many other factors- genetics,etc that come into play). There is no set amount of how many times to go to the gym, the more you go, the better you get at it, and you usually have to spend a significant amount of time and energy in order to be good at it because it requires so much more than other sports, such as strength, flexibility, balance, cardio etc. Gymnastics is a strength-to-weight ratio sport, which is the main difference between it and contact sports (baseball, football,etc). It is much more than enough to replace working out. You are not likely to get injured if you are conditioned properly and learn skills in order, not attempting skills you aren't prepared for. I would suggest it because it is so demanding that any skills you develop in the gym will make you better at any other sport you choose to pursue! For example, I am a former gymnast, and I went wakeboarding with friends, and the first time I went I was able to do flips and things my friends were all working on! And nothing is more fun than flying through the air, be it over water or land! However, your friend might be surprised how demanding the sport is, although it's well worth the effort!

im a pro at electronic music but sometimes I be having trouble identifying them. they all sound the same do to them having the 4/4 drum beat, but in the flip side I know that house has disco, funk, and soul elements and is most of the time slow. techno is more faster, and uplifted, and the melodies are more industrialized and futuristic. lastly, trance is in between house and techno when it comes to speed and I tends to have more melody layers, its also more mind-stimulating then "make you want to dance" type of music like house and techno. this is the way I see it, but does anybody know more? and if you don't, feel free to express your hypothesis.

Small lump in my ankle. Can someone tell me what it is?

I have a small lump in my ankle between my Achilles tendon and the bones in my ankle. It's not very big, but it's painful when I push on it and it bothers me when I run up hills. This just started yesterday and it's giving me a lot of grief. I'm planning on leaving at the end of this week to go march with a world class drum and bugle corps, but I am afraid this may force me to have to drop my spot. Can anyone tell me what it is and what I can do to treat it?

my boyfriend called me from jail annex, and said i was on his vistation list, to come see him. Then he wrote me a letter saying i was on his visit list, to go see him. When i get to the annex the guards look up his name and my name is not on the list. How do you tell your parents, really bad news ?

The coach of my gymnastics team has been acting in a very inappropriate way. During our first team training session, he has extremely nice and he told us that we could come talk to him about anything. A few months later he started to get really touchy. At first we just ignored it because sometimes coaches have to touch the gymnasts, but than he started massaging us, patting us on our bums, kissing us on the lips, forehead, and cheek, making us sit on his lap, etc.. My mate Emma and myself told him that we weren't comfortable with him kissing us and asked if he would mind not doing it. He told us that " that was just his way of showing us that he's proud of us and we'll get use to it." When he said that Em and I thought we were just overreacting. None of the others girls on the team were complaining. Than 3 months after that our team captain and also a very good mate of mine, Courtney had stopped coming to trainings. She never misses them. So I went to her flatt and I asked her were has she been and is everything okay ? She told me "no". Court told me that she doesn't want to be around our coach anymore. She went on to tell me that one weekend he had invited her to have lunch in London with him. She said since she was captain, in a way she felt obligated to go. She than said that after lunch they had went back to his flatt because he wanted to show her old videos of his other former gymnasts, she said the only reason she agreed was because he told her that his girlfriend would be there. When they had gotten there, his girlfriend had gone out to visit family. She said while they were watching the videos, he had started putting his hand up her skirt and started kissing her. She told him to stop and she had started to cry. He told her that " he could see that she wants it" and "how he wouldn't hurt her". she told me that it hurt so much and she trusted him. She said she didn't want her first time to by like that. She said after, he helped her put on her clothes and gave her a kiss on the forehead and asked her to keep it their "little secret" She said she keeps having nightmares and she wants to tell someone but she thinks it's her fault for "giving it to him".The next day me and the rest of the girls met at a cafe and discussed the problem. They said they've all been touched by him ( on the bum, chest, private areas, and Brooke was also talked into having sex with him ). I really want to tell my mum and dad, because they know something is wrong. I can't focus on my gymnastics or school work because I'm always nervous about being around my coach. okay so your 13 and you got your period that is when your supposed to get your period . First you should contact a doctor or if you want you can tell your mom to take to a doctor but ask her for privacy and then ask your doctor if you can take birth control pills . But honestly since you are still young and just got your period i suggest u use tampons ( buy them from somewhere) to keep the normal pace for your period since trust me it is going to be irregular for a while until you reach a stable age like 16 or 18 maybe. Do not take the use the weight loss way because i did that once and i regret it because you will be losing your muscles and might turn anorexic just because you wanted to prevent your period . I hope you tell your mom though it is not embarrassing or anything its human nature.

Is it true: regardless whether condo or co-op, both types of living units share laundry room?

Not necessarily. A condo is a private home and most do have their own washer and dryer. However, there are some that use a laundry room and may have a HOA agreement to not install individual washers and dryers. This is mostly with old apartment buildings that have been converted to condos. In some cases the building code may not allow the plumbing for individual washer and dryers. New condos are specifically build. In other words, it may seem simple, but it's like trying to build a new shower and bath room in some apartment building.

Lots of people that have this problem are usually high up in the A Honor Roll. I'm not. I am not good at any subject. I used to write but I got bad calluses so I had to quit. I had the same problem so I did musle training (conditioning) every night on top of what we did at gym and I asked my coach what I could do at home to help improve my skills so they know that I am trying. Then at gym try everything and you could even ask if there is any class above yours and what you need to do to move up. Your coaches will be impressed that you are trying :)

Well we have like a set of monkey bars and single bars at school what could i do on them to make people thing that im great at acrobatics skills lol.Im a gymnast and we always have these trick competitions

You shouldn't try to get to 90 lbs, that's dangerously light for a girl who is still growing. You probably don't need to lose weight, but I wouldn't try to lose more than 5 pounds if you insist on losing any of it. Instead of paying attention to the number on the scale, you should try to tone the body you have and build some muscle.

You might consider seeing if you can try a different gym. If you current coaches don't care if you move up, you need to go somewhere better with a more competitive program. Keep on with the stretching and strength exercises in your spare time because that will help you, but I think you might need to go to a different gym.

Painting Brake Calipers and Drums?

Just the caliper paint, and clean calipers and drums (or new drums, if they're close to needing changing anyway) for the best results, a primer won't work. I'd recommend paint rather than a spray can as it's far easier to get it exactly where you want it, and only where you want it. What to do for my foot?

The doctor says that there is nothing wrong with my foot but before he said that he had said that i had sprained it. When physical therapy(PT) wasn't working i went back to the same doctor and he sent me for an MRI. After he saw my MRI this is when he said nothing was wrong. But if there was nothing wrong then why am i still in pain? On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being worse pain imaginable my foot feels like a 4.5-5. Also on my PT papers they put Achilles tendon strain. The area where my foot hurts is the Achilles tendon area and the area where a high ankle sprain would be. I've been doing R.I.C.E since when my foot first started hurting and it's not helping at all. When i first injured it i was on crutches for about 3 weeks and was doing PT for 2 of these 3 weeks. My injury happened 2.5 months ago. WEIGHT QUESTION, please help!!!!!?

so i was a cheerleader and after the season ended i had no other sports. before cheer i was a gymnast so i had a lot of muscle. like A LOT of muscle. i lost some of it doing cheer bcus there wasnt as much conditioning. but anyways. cheer ended in the beggining of march and since then i havent done anything except sit around eat junk food and watch tv and listen to music. id say that 90% of my muscle is gone and since march i have gained 15 pounds. of fat. most people say they cant tell and i guess its not that obvious, except i got some cellulite and stretch marks and my stomach and thighs are bigger but so are my butt and boobs. im around 4' 11" or 5' and 14 years old. during cheer season i weighed between 80 and 85 pounds. now i weigh around 100. i havent really tried dieting or anything but i really want smaller thighs and a toned skinnu stomach. and to lose the fat, but in a healthy way! anything helps! please answer

Why do some gymnastics moms create drama and blame other gymnasts for their daughters insecurities?

In the sport of gymnastics there are going to be times where the girls are going to not get along. For whatever reason it happens. I was a gymnast years ago and it happened then. But my mother always stayed out of it and let my coaches handle it. This is exactly what I am doing. It's really petty stuff like so and so won't include me etc etc. I have always taught my daughter to just do what's she's told and if a gymnast just irritates u to just be the bigger person and go about ur business. My basement is unfinished and I play drums in a little nook in the corner, and bees just started showing up. At first, I just ignored them, then they started hitting me and it really freaks me out. Well as a gymnast, acro would probably be easier to pick up on than jazz. Personally, I love jazz! I have done jazz for about 2 years and have grown so much in my dancing capabilities. Although, if you want to become a better "dancer" specifically, go with jazz. But if you want to become more flexible, go with acro. :)

I use to highjump, one day I ran up for my approach and stopped dead in my tracks. As hard as I tried, I could never force myself to jump after that. I quit track and field out right and never did it again. If you can find a way past mental blockage, you are a far better athlete than I was.

How to convince parents to do tumbling?

i do cheerleading too and let me says it ah-mazingg :) i would jus sit down with your parents and tell them this is something you really want. you've been wanting to cheer again since you were little and realyl wanna give it a try. have them look at some of the information from the tumbling gym and have them come in and talk to one of the instructors about private tumbling sessions :) and if money is an issue idk if the gym near you does it but the one i go to does split privates. like example privates costs 50 with jus one person here but i split it with my friend so we both go on one day with the same guy and she pays 25 and i pay 25 :) hope that helped <3

How do you tell parents, your getting touched in a "inappropriate" way ? ( long )?

The coach of my gymnastics team has been acting in a very inappropriate way. During our first team training session, he has extremely nice and he told us that we could come talk to him about anything. A few months later he started to get really touchy. At first we just ignored it because sometimes coaches have to touch the gymnasts, but than he started massaging us, patting us on our bums, kissing us on the lips, forehead, and cheek, making us sit on his lap, etc.. My mate Emma and myself told him that we weren't comfortable with him kissing us and asked if he would mind not doing it. He told us that " that was just his way of showing us that he's proud of us and we'll get use to it." When he said that Em and I thought we were just overreacting. None of the others girls on the team were complaining. Than 3 months after that our team captain and also a very good mate of mine, Courtney had stopped coming to trainings. She never misses them. When they had gotten there, his girlfriend had gone out to visit family. She said while they were watching the videos, he had started putting his hand up her skirt and started kissing her. She told him to stop and she had started to cry. He told her that " he could see that she wants it" and "how he wouldn't hurt her". she told me that it hurt so much and she trusted him. She said she didn't want her first time to by like that. She said after, he helped her put on her clothes and gave her a kiss on the forehead and asked her to keep it their "little secret" She said she keeps having nightmares and she wants to tell someone but she thinks it's her fault for "giving it to him".The next day me and the rest of the girls met at a cafe and discussed the problem. I know personally being a smaller framed woman, that as a teen I did not eat enough protein, as I was wanting to loose weight, and I stunted my growth. Your growing body needs protein as it keeps your muscles strong as well as your bones. Low fat dairy products, lean meat, fresh fruits and vegetables and complex carbohydrates are important. Write down everything you eat for a week. Make sure you drink enough water, eating as healthy as you can. As a cheerleader, gymnast you will be burning more calories than an average young person. You probably need at least 2000 calories of good food to keep your activities. If you are able talk to a dietician.

The best way to tune it, is to get someone to sit behind it while you sit in front of it and they just keep hitting it while you adjust it to where it sounds good!

What to do for my foot?

The doctor says that there is nothing wrong with my foot but before he said that he had said that i had sprained it. When physical therapy(PT) wasn't working i went back to the same doctor and he sent me for an MRI. After he saw my MRI this is when he said nothing was wrong. But if there was nothing wrong then why am i still in pain? On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being worse pain imaginable my foot feels like a 4.5-5. Also on my PT papers they put Achilles tendon strain. The area where my foot hurts is the Achilles tendon area and the area where a high ankle sprain would be. I've been doing R.I.C.E since when my foot first started hurting and it's not helping at all. When i first injured it i was on crutches for about 3 weeks and was doing PT for 2 of these 3 weeks. My injury happened 2.5 months ago. Every time I straighten my elbow it cracks/pops?

I live in England in a rented property with my husband. We have been renting the property for the last 2 months for a contract period of 3 months with an option to continue every month with a one month notice. The property we live in is an annex attached to the landlady's house which has a seperate entrance. We were provided a cooker on request which means there was no cooker in this property before because the kitchen has a room on top of our kitchen and it is not allowed to do so. Instead the previous tenants have been sharing their kitchen. But when we requested for a cooker we were provided with an electric two hobs cooker since there are boys in that house and i did not want to use their kitchen. Now the landlady suddenly comes and says she wants to terminate the contract after 3 months and if we want to extend it she would not provide us with the cooker instead we would have to use her kitchen because it is not legal to have a kitchen below a bedroom and she does not want to do that. We were not aware of these rules since we are new to the country and she did not inform us all these situations and they orally agreed to extend the contract every month, so since we have been looking for a property with that convenience due to our situations regarding the visa for which we have applied to extend and our documents are at the home office and we cannot look for a new property but we still have the visa till july we committed to this property. I dont want to share their kitchen but need the cooker as agreed by them, since suddenly they come and say they have to follow the rules and all that, they have been living in this country for many years and they have not given the cooker for others means they knew the laws, so if they had said they cant provide one we could have looked for another property, when we question that she says since we asked them they could not refuse. That lady is so stern. Could anyone help please? advice me on this.

Well gymnastics is a very time consuming sport. If u wanna show your coaches that your serious about it start coming more times a week. If your coaches are actually good then they will see that your ready to move up a level. Keep stretching and conditioning at home and you should be heading in the right direction.

Help with Pumping Salt Water?

I'm trying to figure out how I can fill 55 gallon drums with sea water, without hand carrying 5 gallon buckets (very tiring) I need to know what type of pump I can use. this isn't really the story i would tell young children as a book, its true and disturbing, maybe wait until they learn about it in history. there is not really any way to sugarcoat the facts especially when writing it down, i think it will be quite difficult to write the story in the format of a nine page kids book, stay true to it and make it suitable material for a childs book (which it isn't and you can't really change that). sorry for not really helping, i just don't think it would work.

Okay, so lately I've been drinking a lot of water and waking up thirsty. I also go to the bathroom a lot, but isnt that just because I'm drinking a lot of water? I don't eat the healthiest, but I don't eat a lot sugar, its more like breads. I told my mom and she told me that I mostlikly have type 2. But I'm not over weight. I weigh somewhere between 126-127 and I'm somewhere between 5'5-5'6. I also have been playing sports my whole life. I'm in volleyball and I run. I also own a horse so I ride a lot and was a gymnast, so I can still do a lot of flips and stuff. My stomach is not perfectly flat but it's not that big. Also, when I rub my fingers across my ribs you can feel them. Is it possible that I have either type 1 or 2 (I'm 13 almost 14) and I've also been really hungry lately. Please help!!

Does a bleeding ear always mean you ruptured your eardrum ?

Sounds like you have a handle on what happened. I would suggest you try cleaning your ears every month or so with an ear cleaner like Debrox. Or you can mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, and alcohol. This mix is also very good for swimmer's ear and long earred dogs.( I had a basset and a cocker spaniel.) If a person does not have the wax build up, or for cats, leave out the peroxide. Another thought, sometimes you can get a pimple inside the ear canal that can open up and bleed. Get your mom or dad to look in and see what they can see.

I need a transmission rebuild in my 02 taurus. should i do it myself or pay for a remanufactured one?

Automatic transmissions are very tricky to rebuild/fix if you aren't familiar with them. I would strongly recommend buying a rebuilt one or a used one instead. I believe that will save you a lot of heartache and anger.

Addictive Drums, how can I assign each drum piece to a separate mixer track in FL Studio?

I was just curious if it's possible to assign each drum piece (hi hat, kick, snare etc.) to it's own mixer track in FL Studio. Currently I side chain everything to separate highs/mids/lows to their own mixer track but it would be much more efficient to be able to have the kick/snare/hat etc on its own mixer track.

How do you tell parents, your getting touched in a "inappropriate" way ? ( long )?

The coach of my gymnastics team has been acting in a very inappropriate way. During our first team training session, he has extremely nice and he told us that we could come talk to him about anything. A few months later he started to get really touchy. At first we just ignored it because sometimes coaches have to touch the gymnasts, but than he started massaging us, patting us on our bums, kissing us on the lips, forehead, and cheek, making us sit on his lap, etc.. My mate Emma and myself told him that we weren't comfortable with him kissing us and asked if he would mind not doing it. He told us that " that was just his way of showing us that he's proud of us and we'll get use to it." When he said that Em and I thought we were just overreacting. None of the others girls on the team were complaining. Than 3 months after that our team captain and also a very good mate of mine, Courtney had stopped coming to trainings. She never misses them. So I went to her flatt and I asked her were has she been and is everything okay ? She told me "no". Court told me that she doesn't want to be around our coach anymore. She went on to tell me that one weekend he had invited her to have lunch in London with him. She said since she was captain, in a way she felt obligated to go. She than said that after lunch they had went back to his flatt because he wanted to show her old videos of his other former gymnasts, she said the only reason she agreed was because he told her that his girlfriend would be there. When they had gotten there, his girlfriend had gone out to visit family. She said while they were watching the videos, he had started putting his hand up her skirt and started kissing her. She told him to stop and she had started to cry. He told her that " he could see that she wants it" and "how he wouldn't hurt her". she told me that it hurt so much and she trusted him. She said she didn't want her first time to by like that. She said after, he helped her put on her clothes and gave her a kiss on the forehead and asked her to keep it their "little secret" She said she keeps having nightmares and she wants to tell someone but she thinks it's her fault for "giving it to him".The next day me and the rest of the girls met at a cafe and discussed the problem. They said they've all been touched by him ( on the bum, chest, private areas, and Brooke was also talked into having sex with him ). I really want to tell my mum and dad, because they know something is wrong. I can't focus on my gymnastics or school work because I'm always nervous about being around my coach. Another thing that were worried about is that he's having a selection trial for new girls that might be joining our team. We one of the girls and we told her that he can be quite touchy and inappropriate at times and she didn't believe us. Laura told us that he seems like a very sweet guy, and he's really cute and he told her that she such a "beautiful" gymnast and he thinks that she could go very far. I feel very confused. None of us want the new girls to have to go through what were going through went him, but at the same time, I told her how touchy he can be and she didn't believe me. I want to tell an adult, but what if they don't believe us, just like Laura didn't.
