My daughter is anorexic, doesn't admit it but I can see she needs help.?

I've pulled her as an elite gymnast from her training and she refuses to see a therapist and admit she needs help or has a problem. I want to send her to a treatment center, but I don't know how to tell her. I don't want to ruin our relationship either. Any suggestions?
