My boyfriend says im on his visit list in jail, but im not. WHAT DO I DO?

my boyfriend called me from jail annex, and said i was on his vistation list, to come see him. Then he wrote me a letter saying i was on his visit list, to go see him. When i get to the annex the guards look up his name and my name is not on the list. They even checked his cell number and area they said he is not under any restrictions, and they see no reason why he would be banned from visitation cuz he was following all rules in there, the guards told me..... I begged them to let me see him for 5 minutes, and they refused. They said they cannot let me in if im not on his list...I am confused. He writes me begging me to come, and calls me crying with honesty in his voice to come see him...WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
