What is Israel's solution in the palestinian situation?

We just watched the video of Israel bulldozing their own homes a few years ago to try to make peace. The people were crying and protesting. Israel did that to their own people but it still didn`t work. Palestinians are terrorists from the video I have seen. Israel keeps trying and I think they won`t any more.
