im 5'0 and im 15.and a girl. im in gymnastics and i had to stop because of an injury and i went up to 110 pounds which is not good for a gymnast like me. i used to be like 95 pounds but i didnt look skinny because i had tons of muscle. so i was just wondering what i can do to lose like 10 pounds in a month? i need to be all muscle again and im not. any advice?
