How could i get a Drum endorsement?

I've been playing drums for several years now and have gotten really good at them. I know that there are people out there who have drum endorsements from companies like Vic Firth, Zildjian, Tama, e.t.c. . I was wondering, im posting drum covers and such on YouTube. If i have a lot of people that like them and i get known, would companies reach out to me some how? im not looking to get a deal with a huge company but im also just wondering.
