GYMNASTICS HELP????????????????????????

I had the same problem so I did musle training (conditioning) every night on top of what we did at gym and I asked my coach what I could do at home to help improve my skills so they know that I am trying. Then at gym try everything and you could even ask if there is any class above yours and what you need to do to move up. Your coaches will be impressed that you are trying :)
