It's great that you want to move up. Be confident though. Maybe you're just amazing and we don't know. XD Try taking walks in the morning or jogs, and there's a "the biggest loser" shake at most stores. It actually blocks off hunger for awhile and it doesn't taste that bad either.Put some bananas with it. If you have a community center nearby maybe you could lift weights or of that nature. Swimming helps too.
