Forming a Rock Band with some friends?

Okay so I've been playing the drums for a little while and me and my friends have been talking about making a band... We have a bass player, A guitarist, and a person who plays the keyboard.. Oh and me the drummer :p Is this enough people to make a band? Were all around the same skill level.
