Gymnasts take a look at my ab routine?

I want abs Im gonna do l-sit and v-ups and leg lifts how many v sits and leg lifts should i do and how long for the l sit. I want results in 2 weeks. i eat healthy, do cardio. If there are better exercises to do tell me or more exercises. If you have any oblique exercises then tell me as well
