What is the ideal weight for a female gymnast/cheerleader of 5ft 4?

If you have a physician, ask her or him that question. I know personally being a smaller framed woman, that as a teen I did not eat enough protein, as I was wanting to loose weight, and I stunted my growth. Your growing body needs protein as it keeps your muscles strong as well as your bones. Low fat dairy products, lean meat, fresh fruits and vegetables and complex carbohydrates are important. Write down everything you eat for a week. Make sure you drink enough water, eating as healthy as you can. As a cheerleader, gymnast you will be burning more calories than an average young person. You probably need at least 2000 calories of good food to keep your activities. If you are able talk to a dietician.
