Any good drum kits that are around $250 in the southern New York area?

Preferably a full basic kit/set. Not electronic, please. Needed for rock/ metal drumming. I'm a beginner so just a starter kit is fine. Can be a used kit. A price around $200-$300. Any adive on drum sets/kits is welcome! Thanks in advance.
