Looking for Gears of War 2 friends?

I am looking for some heads to team up with because i hate getting matched up with random noobs and little kids that havnt even hit puberty yet. Im not looking for any serious players but I do want a little focus on gettin the job done, i dont mind talkin a little sh** either though haha. Personally I dont care about level, but i do believe K/D scores are indicative of how good someone is, I average 1.2 kills/life.
